Stewbert

Terms of service

Last updated 5 September 2026.

These are the terms for using Stewbert, a meal-planning service run by Caterbum, LLC. By signing in you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

What Stewbert is

Stewbert helps you plan dinners, build a grocery list, hand that list to a store, check a delivery and cook. The dishes and recipes it proposes are its own suggestions, written in its own words, for you to accept, change or reject.

What Stewbert is not

Commissions

When you shop on Instacart from a page Stewbert built, Stewbert may earn a commission from Instacart. It does not change what you pay, and it never influences which dishes Stewbert proposes or how it sizes your list.

Your account

One household per account. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can stop using Stewbert at any time and ask us to delete your data.

Acceptable use

Use Stewbert to feed your household. Do not try to break it, scrape it, or use it to build a competing service.

Liability

Stewbert is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Caterbum, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which today is nothing.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; if a change matters, Stewbert will tell you the next time you sign in. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States.
